Ignition Remapping

With the fuel injected Harleys, just like the carbureted models, owners want to make performance changes like cams, high flow air cleaners, free flowing exhausts, bigger bore. Unfortunately, with a fuel injected bike, you just can’t change jets.

What we can do is remap your Electronic Control Module (ECM) for the new parts. We connect a computer to your bike and take the bike for a ride. The program we use makes a recording of everything the motor is doing throughout the RPM range. Next, we check the recording looking for lean or rich conditions, pre-ignition or any other problems. Then we make programming changes to the ECM and recheck the bike.

One thing to remember is we are not adding any components to the bike, just doing some programming.

The initial cost is $300-$350 depending on how long it takes. After that, if you make any changes to the bike, we can reprogram your ECM for around $50.echanics and designers work closely with you to understand your vision and bring it to life.
